You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns on all products even if your dog has slept on it for multiple days straight as we believe that your dog first needs to restfully sleep in his new bed before they can make their own decision.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective .We will also deduct fees for any original shipping cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
